After watching my 5-year-old make great strides physically while adopting an "I Can" attitude, I decided that I was going to stretch myself outside of my comfort zone and take some classes. As a fitness instructor I am always looking for ways to challenge myself, after my first class I was not only challenged, I was hooked to the physical aspect, the art of taekwondo, and the passion that came through Jay Kang and Chief Master Kang while teaching their students.
