“After watching my 5 year old make great strides physically while adopting an “I Can” attitude, I decided that I was going to stretch myself outside of my comfort zone and take some classes. As a fitness instructor I am always looking for ways to challenge myself, after my first class I was not only challenged, I was hooked to the physical aspect, the art of taekwondo, and the passion that came through Jay Kang and Chief Master Kang while teaching their students. My family respects Jay Kang and Chief Master Kang as knowledgeable instructors and we appreciate them as friends. My next goal is to get my 13 year old daughter and my wife involved.”
